My dear mother has always been a handcrafter. This is some of the stuff she has made.

Snuggeling with my art of yarn :)

A dear friend of mine is snuggeling with my knitting stuff :) She has been going trough my knitting basket. This is what she decided to go home with.
Here she still don`t know that the cat mittens are made for her. I gave them as a gift for taking care of my cat when I`m out for travveling.

Knitted a baby blanket in shadow knitting. Next time  I have to put in my memory to use colours that stands more alone.
Strikket ett baby teppe i skyggestrikk. Må legge meg på minnet om at fargene må stå mer ut fra hverandre, til neste gang jeg starter på ett slikt prosjekt.

Love this pattern, easy to knit :) I see the colours are too brigt, the camera is put up wrong. But I can`t do anything about it now, theese are long gone, and sold out.

Elsker dette mønsteret. lett å strikke. Ser at fargene på bildet er for kraftige, feilinstilling på kameraet. Kan ikke gjøre noe med det,alt er solgt.

Dog sweater

Made some dogsweaters for the tiny little almost hairless dogs that are so popular even high up above the polar circle.

Laga none hundegensere til de bittesmå hundan som e så populær til og med nord for Polarsirkelen.

Drawings

Har tatt opp en gammel hobby etter 25 års tørke. Starta vel litt under "tvang"...da jeg så ei god venninne satt å malte det ene vakre bilde etter det andre...
Se bloggen hennes her: Margits malerier. Hun er utrolig dyktig og male...har sett henne i aksjon ,og hun er pinlig nøyaktig...
Så lysten tok overhånd, og jeg startet også opp noe rusten, men det kommer seg etterhvert.

Recently I have been looking up an old creativity...

A good friend of me is painting lovely, and beautiful pictures from Northern Norway. She`s also selling her paintings, look up her blog: Margits malerier
So suddenly I wanted to start up again after 25 years of drought, using ordinary colour pencils. And this is what I came upwith:

Refurnishing. Me as a carpenter ha-ha...

Pimping and reuse of my old furniture. This one stood in my basement, ready for wasting. I got an idea of reuse and to rebuild it, and it came out well. 

With hammer and saw you can do much :) And of course some screws strategic placed.              

And voila: finished :) I am pretty satisfied how it came out. The only thing I have to buy is some new knobs. Have to put it in the back of my mind.

My son made him in the Kindergarden when he was about 4 years old.Santa is celebrating his 19.th birthday this year. He has been visiting the doctor several times for several kind of illness :) Loss of head, loss of beard and loss of his eyes. But is healed before Christmas, every year.
